Who we are

HRDRV Inc. operates Feed from Tennessee, United States. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you use Feed. Contact us at help@hrdrv.com with privacy questions.

What we collect

We collect your email address for account access and membership checks. If you choose to complete your profile, we collect answers such as genres, sync experience, prior placements, and how long you have been making music. Profile answers are optional.

We collect feed interactions such as thumbs-up and thumbs-down votes, bad-lead flags and optional comments, outcomes, and checklist progress. We also collect wins you log, including placement and song details, dates, fees, notes, and your sharing preference.

Stripe handles payments. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, the amount paid, and the email associated with a purchase so we can grant access. We never see or store your card numbers.

Hosting and delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and service logs to operate and secure Feed. Authentication uses session storage or cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Why we use your information

We use your information to log you in through magic links, check and maintain access, personalize your feed, save your interactions and wins, provide support, and allow authorized administrators to moderate leads and community activity. We also use necessary technical information to maintain security and troubleshoot the service.

Emails we send

We only email you sign-in links, purchase receipts, and important account or policy notices. We don't send newsletters or scheduled opportunity emails. Opportunity updates appear inside Feed. Questions? Contact help@hrdrv.com.

Your wins and sharing choices

Wins are private to you and authorized HRDRV administrators unless you explicitly opt in to share. We store your consent choice. Opting in does not mean a public wins page is currently available. Any future public sharing is limited to consented placement and song details; private fees and notes are not published.

You can withdraw your sharing consent using the win’s sharing setting, when available, or by contacting us. Withdrawal stops future sharing under our control but cannot remove copies others may already have made.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run Feed, such as payment processing, hosting, and email delivery. They only receive the information needed to provide their service. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, or protect our rights. Supervisor directory links are publicly available profile links, not private contact information collected from supervisors.

Retention, security, and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide your account and the service, meet legal obligations, and handle security or disputes. We use access controls to restrict personal data, but no system can guarantee complete security.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email help@hrdrv.com. We may verify that the request belongs to you. Deleting account information may end your ability to use Feed. Some payment, legal, or security records may need to be retained as required by law.

United States processing and policy changes

Feed is operated in Tennessee, United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate; privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Applicable privacy rights remain available to you.

We may update this policy as Feed changes. The last-updated date above identifies the current version.
