About Feed

Feed is operated by HRDRV Inc. in the United States. By using Feed, you agree to these terms. Feed provides a curated feed of third-party sync opportunities, a supervisor directory of public profiles, and educational tools. HRDRV is not your publisher, agent, label, or licensing intermediary. Feed does not host or store your music or negotiate licenses for you.

Payment and access

Feed’s access fee is $50 USD, paid once through Stripe. It is not a subscription. All sales are final and there are no refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. HRDRV never charges submission fees and never takes a share of your placements. Third-party opportunities may have their own fees or terms, which HRDRV does not control or endorse; always verify before paying anyone.

Access is included for HRDRV members. Lapsing HRDRV membership does not cancel Feed access, subject to service availability and these terms. HRDRV may change or discontinue Feed or its features. The one-time fee does not guarantee any duration of access or service availability.

Promotions and optional purchases

Feed may show promotions for optional paid products and services from HRDRV, its partners, or third parties, such as songwriting camps, workshops, memberships, or tools. These may include affiliate or referral links, and we may earn a commission. Purchasing them is always optional. Your one-time access fee gives you full access to the opportunities in Feed, and you will never be required to buy anything else to see or act on them. Third-party offers are governed by their own terms, and HRDRV is not responsible for them.

Third-party opportunities and results

Opportunities are gathered from third-party and public sources and curated for relevance. We work to keep the feed accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that every detail is correct, complete, or still open, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party listings. We also don't guarantee any particular number or frequency of opportunities.

Every opportunity has a Report button. If a link doesn't work, an opportunity doesn't exist, or a deadline has passed, please report it. We review reports and remove leads that don't hold up, and your reports help us keep making Feed better.

HRDRV does not guarantee placements, responses, or results. Example messages are suggestions only, not a guaranteed approach or advice that a particular submission will succeed.

How opportunities are sourced

Feed gathers opportunities automatically from publicly available sources. We follow these standards:

• Public only. We include opportunities that are posted publicly and can be viewed without a login or paywall.
• No paid or members-only briefs. We don't republish briefs from subscription services, paid submission platforms, or members-only communities.
• No private channels. We don't pull from private emails, direct messages, or closed groups.
• Always linked. Every opportunity links back to its original source, and summaries are written in our own words.
• No pay-to-submit. We exclude opportunities that charge a fee to submit when we can identify them.
• HRDRV's private opportunities stay private. Briefs that HRDRV pitches on behalf of its members are never posted to Feed. Those remain exclusive to members of HRDRV.

Feed uses automated systems, including AI-assisted research, to gather and summarize opportunities. Automated systems can make mistakes — always verify the details at the source before submitting.

Because sourcing is automated, we can't guarantee every listing meets these standards. If one doesn't, use the Report button and we'll review it.

Your music and submissions

You are solely responsible for what you submit, to whom you submit it, and for owning or controlling all necessary rights to your music, including permissions from collaborators and other rights holders.

Independently vet each opportunity and its source. Never pay to submit without verifying the source. HRDRV is not responsible or liable for third-party opportunities, your submissions, fees charged by third parties, or scams. Any agreement or transaction with a third party is between you and that third party.

Community features and wins

You can flag bad leads. Flagged leads may be hidden automatically; a flag or a lead remaining visible is not a determination that it is safe, legitimate, or suitable. Do not abuse flags or submit misleading reports.

Wins are private to you and authorized HRDRV administrators unless you opt in to share. Sharing consent is optional. An opt-in does not mean a public wins page is currently available. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this data.

Supervisor directory

The directory lists only publicly available profile links and public work. A listing is not an endorsement or an invitation to contact someone. You agree not to harass or spam supervisors, scrape the directory, or collect private contact information through Feed.

Account rules

Your account access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your account, scrape Feed, resell access, or share opportunity content. HRDRV may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

No warranties

Feed is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. HRDRV disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Feed will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times, or that third-party information is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRDRV Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost income, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from Feed. HRDRV Inc.’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to Feed is capped at the amount you paid for Feed access. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do.
